1. Do you accept co-signers?
Yes. We accept co-signers for limited income and limited credit. We accept one co-signer per apartment home and that person would need to fill out an application and provide income verification.
2. Do you have garages?
No, however each apartment home comes with a covered, reserved carport space. There is an abundance of second car or visitor parking throughout the community.
3. Do the apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups?
No, but we do have card operated laundry rooms.
4. How many assigned spaces does each apartment get?
One but there are over 300 open additional spaces throughout the community.
5. Can the clubhouse be rented?
Yes and we have just remodeled our community room. It is beautiful and is perfect for gatherings after business hours. $100 fee is charged to use the room.
6. Are any utilities included in the rent?
Most utilities are paid by the resident but we do include pest control with the rental price. Average utility costs can be discussed with the leasing personnel based on occupancy.
7. Is there additional storage?
There is additional outside storage on every patio or balcony area. It is generously sized and locks using the same key as your front door.
8. Do you have A/C?
Fortunately Rohnert Park does not normally have days hot enough during the summer to warrant the use of air conditioning. We are located in a fog pocket which allows the nights to be very cool and the days to be moderate. There are ceiling fans located in each dining room.
9. What are the amenity hours?
Amenity hours are from 9am to 10pm daily.
10. What lease terms are offered?
We do offer varied lease terms including MTM.
11. Are there quiet hours?
We value the comfort and privacy of all of our residents. We do request that you observe quiet hours at all times of the day and evening but specified times are 8pm weekdays and 10pm on weekends
12. Do you have security patrol?
No, we have a courtesy patrol that locks the pools and fitness room
13. How much are the washers and dryers?
$2.25 per load which includes washing and drying time
14. what are the hours of operation of the laundry room?
7am- 10pm Daily
